Special Order Policy

Special Order Policy  Special Order rugs are made or sourced specifically for you after your purchase is placed and may not typically be kept in stock or are a custom order/design.

Production & Delivery  Estimated production and delivery time is 120 days. While we strive to meet this timeline, delivery dates are estimates and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our rugs.

Grace Period  Your payment will not be processed for 48 hours after your order is placed. During this grace period you can cancel your order without your credit card being charged.

If you cancel an order that has been in production for 30 days or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit will apply.
