Refund policy

We understand concerns you may have regarding online purchases as the images and colors shown may vary on different computers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your rug, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you the price of your purchase in the same manner as it was paid for (not including the cost of the original shipping.) Any merchandise returned after the 10-day grace period will be subject to review. Items purchased on sale or at a reduced price are eligible for exchange or store credit only. All rugs must be returned in the original packaging and must be accompanied by your name, phone number and order #. Some products may be subject to a 5% re-stocking fee.
